If you want the Chord A you just write "A" and this icon will appear, so all the chords are basicaaly fonts. ABCDEFG converted to this converts to chords diagrams for ABCchords etc. nice. http://simplythebest.net/fonts/fonts/frets.html they call it frets fonts.
