This is maybe the third time this instrument has come up in threads on this forum. Every time I see it I'm reminded of an episode of The Simpsons where Homer tries to teach a class on building a successful marriage. Because he's a teacher, he sews patches on his elbows, but sews tweed patches onto a leather jacket. Marge: Homer, thats suppose to be leather patches on a tweed blazer, not the other way around... you've ruined a perfectly good jacket. Homer: Ah, incorrect, Marge. [He holds up tweed jacket with huge ovals cut out of the back]I've ruined TWO perfectly good jackets! IP: Logged |
