Does anybody know where I can get a decent, well fitting hardshell case for my Larrivee 0-60 (I think it’s the same size as a Larrivee Parlour)? I'd prefer a genuine Larrivee case but I'm not too bothered as long as it’s a good fit. I have e-mail Larrivee's UK distributor but they didn't respond and my online searches haven’t been very successful. The only parlour sized cases I can find are in the US and I suspect the shipping, VAT and duty will make importing one rather expensive. Thanks for any suggestions. IP: Logged |

quote: A couple of options.....Hiscox will have a case which is roughly the right proportions and will then add extra padding for you to make a proper fit. Alternatively, you might want to get in touch with Busker Guitars. The excellent semi-hard (ooeeer....) case that comes with the Busker Cannon is a great fit for my Larrivee Parlour and they might sell you one separately. IP: Logged |

Too bad there isn't a way to get a Larrivee case for a decent price. I have a 0-05 and I upgraded to the Larrivee archtop parlor case, it's the best case I have and all my parlors fit in it. Are TKL cases available there? If so I will try to find the model # of the case my 0-05 originally came in. IP: Logged |

Thanks for the suggestions. The guitar came in a Hiscox case, which is an excellent case but it doesn’t fit very well. According to their website it’s the closest size they make. Ideally I’d like to get hold of an original case but the Larrivee forum says they won’t sell cases on their own. TKL cases don’t seem to be generally available in the UK, I’ve found a few retailers with one or two models but not the whole range. I think I’ll probably have to bite the bullet and order one from the US although I might try Busker first, not sure about a semi-rigid case though. Thanks again. IP: Logged |

I purchased my Larrivee from Jason at Notable Guitars in Great Falls Montana. They have gone up a bit in price from what I understand. If a package is sent as a gift is it still required to pay duty? [This message has been edited by NotRevGDavis (edited 04-28-2008).] IP: Logged |

I have a really nice parlour case labelled CNB. I think it was bought in the UK, but I don't know who from. Cases with this brand seem fairly cheap. IP: Logged |
